Remember martial arts needs to be trained responsibly and only used in a self-defence situation when you face imminent danger.
Train safely when following along the sessions by working to a level that suits you. While this training will not require much space please make sure you have cleared the space around you. Clothing will need to comfortable for you to train in. Also please make sure you have water in easy access so you can stay hydrated throughout the sessions.
